Twelve years passed in a blink.
I miss you, grandma

If only you were here.

Five years of age, I was.
You promised my first bday
party at macdonalds.
I was excited, so
were you!

You sent invitations out
to aunties and uncles.
For weeks, you taught me
how to blow a candle,
using long beans etc.

But it just had to be,
TWO DAYS before my bday.

Aunties came to school in a cab, crying.
Fetched me to TanTockSeng Hopsital, where
you were announced dead.

I was young, I didnt understand.
Godma brought me outside to sit,
where the nurses rolled your body
past me.

No party at macdonalds,
Spent my birthday at the
wake instead.

I even remember going up to your
coffin, asking you for a cake.

Now, I just hate it when my birthday approaches.

Whenever candles are being blown,
especically during my birthday,
it never fails to remind me of you.

I thought about you earlier, grandma
while blowing off a candle
on the cake.

I miss you so.

I felt so stressed in school
today, I almost broke down.

I need a sense of direction,
I feel so lost

It has only been the third week of school,
and tests/CAs have started.
I've been so tired as of late,
I dont even the energy to stay
up and listen during lessons.

Today was basically spent on tests;
Maths, English Comprehension, Chinese Compo

Maybe I should drop to CL`B
Its sucks when everyone around you
is busy writing away, and you just
have no idea what to write, or even
worse, what the ques is even talking
about.

I need a direction for ART.
Believe it or not, I have no
idea what to do for coursework!
And we're supposed to get started
with it by this week!

In fact, I think I'm beginning to
lose interest in it.
I need Mrs Zailee!

School's been HELL.
I hate the new homeroom system.
The LOUD bell which rings
every forty minutes.
The fact that I'm too
tired to even listen
in class.

I feel lost.
No idea whats been going on:
Bio, SS, Physics, Art, Geog etc.
Its driving me crazy!

SS test is tmr.
She told us, if we happen to fail,
she wont hesistate to call up our
parents.

OH GREAT!

I need a break, badly.
I'm mentally tired!

Off to study.

Today marked the first practical of the year - Physics

The teacher in charge was late,
so we ended up using YanPeng's
phone to take truckloads of
photos! Hahahahha.

These past few days have been crazy!
The only thing I look forward to
would be going home to sleep!

I've been so tired lately,
I dont even have the mood
to listen during lessons,
I dont even have the
energy to do my work.

Studied with Chow after school today.
Taught her a little of physics!
She drives me crazy!

Oh, and Guanyu and I wanted to blog about this yesterday.
We were randomly talking bout bowling balls,
and how they dont come with the holes.
You actually have to drill them,
and silly Chow came up with the
idea of drilling the basketball
and using it to bowl.

Silly didnt even realise that
once the basketball was
drilled, it would deflate.

Just then all of us heard
the construction workers
in the school nicely drilling away.

Haha, you should have
been there, it was funny.
Now, she's gonna slap me
if she sees this, Oops!

And, Guanyu: I blogged bout it alr! Hahah!

In the meanwhile, for the next
few weeks, we'll be training
and building up our stamina!

Best Interest - Piece Of My Heart

Finally, back at Toa Payoh.
New school compound,
new home room system,
new school rules,
new teachers,
new hods,
new vp, etc.

Changes, I hope to adapt to quickly.
Mr Tang followed us up as
our form teacher again.
I'm glad.

Other teachers who will be teaching me:
Ms Joteo, Ms Jacyip, Mrs Kunna, Ms Limyiwen,
Mrs Chow, Ms Teojinleng, etc.

All we did today:
- Ms Tan's talk
- More talks
- Roam around the school & sightsee
- Practice standing for morning assembly
- School cheers

It was draggy and such a waste of time,
but I'm glad Bea and Gayle popped by.
Its been ages since I last saw Bea.

After school,
basketball with the bballers: Sheila,
Guanyu, Rachel, Adeline Chow & Grace.
New court, a really noisy wooden board.
But it's all good!
Played all the way
til six thirty.

New basketball coach is coming down on Saturday.
Our first basketball training with her.
Plus, she'll be choosing the team
on that day, which also happens
to be on the day of openhouse!

Hopefully, she's a nice coach! : )

No school tmr and thurs.
But, I'll be busy with the bball orientation.
Sec ones, JOIN BASKETBALL!

Alright I'm off to sleep after this.
My eyes are on verge of closing,
I'm tired and so GOODNIGHT!

Its two thirty in the morning,
and I can't get to sleeeeeep!
And I'll be awake by five thirty
for something we call, SCHOOL.

I'm pretty tired.
